What To Expect

When you arrive, please have your dog’s rabies vaccination expiration date ready. We’ll go over your desired haircut, any special accommodations, and any health concerns and allergies we should know about.

For the safety and comfort of all dogs in our care, we do not offer owners to stay with their dogs during grooming appointments. You’re more than welcome to wait in our waiting area while we take care of your pups. This keeps the grooming environment calm and minimize distractions. Thank you for understanding!

Arrival & Drop-Off

Every pup gets our full attention and care throughout their grooming appointment. We’ve found that a one-on-one environment can be more comfortable, less stressful experience, especially for puppies, senior dogs, and pups who may already experience anxiety. Our goal is to make every grooming appointment as positive and comfortable as possible.

One-on-One Care

We’ll give you a call about 10 minutes before your pup is ready so you can head over for pickup!

When you arrive, we’ll go over how your pup did during their appointment and let you know about any usually findings or anything we’d like you to be aware of.

Payment can be made by cash or card, no checks. We also recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave to help keep your pup on a regular grooming schedule. We look forward to seeing you both again!
